Fees
Frequently asked questions about fees and insurance.
Do you accept insurance?
PACT does not accept insurance. We are a private pay, fee-for-service provider. We are able to provide detailed invoices (aka superbill) that you may submit to your insurance for out-of-network costs.
The amount of reimbursement varies by plan, so please contact your insurance directly for verification. We cannot guarantee payment of your claims from insurance companies.
We also require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment time. Your card will be charged if you do not show up for your appointment, or if you give less than 24 hours notice, canceling an appointment when it is not a true emergency.
Psychological services or behavioral health services are generally able to be paid for with a Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). These can be entered as a credit card, which enables the services to be tax-deductible. Please check with your specific HSA or FSA to determine if any restrictions apply.
